The Birkman Reports

The Birkman Method® is a multi-dimensional assessment integrating behavioral, motivational, and occupational data.  What makes the Birkman Method® so unique compared to other assessment tools, is that it shows us what we need to continue to operate at our usual strong behavior.  No other assessment shows an employer what their employees need to perform optimally.  Using the Birkman reports, an employer or manager can pair employees together so that they operate similarly in problem solving, management style or leadership style, OR an employer or manager can pair employees together so that they bring different strengths to those areas thus arriving at a result perhaps looking at it from a different perspective.  

Using the Birkman adds to the strength of the team.  By having people know what their strengths are and what others’ strengths are, employers and managers can optimize the strengths of their employees rather than focusing or dealing with one’s weaknesses.
